Refund and Return Policy for Bisauni Tours & Travels

At Bisauni Tours & Travels, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that changes may occur, and we aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Please review our Refund and Return Policy to understand the terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Tour Package Cancellations

    • If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
    • If you cancel your booking 15 to 29 days before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
  2. Non-Refundable Components
    Certain elements of your booking, such as entrance fees, flight tickets, or other non-refundable services (e.g., hotel bookings, transportation services), may not be refundable based on third-party supplier policies.

  3. No-Show Policy
    If you fail to show up on the scheduled tour date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

  4. Force Majeure Cancellations
    In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling options or refunds depending on the circumstances. Refunds in these cases will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the request is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please allow for additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes and Amendments

  1. Amendments to Bookings
    If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., change of dates, participant names, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges depending on third-party supplier policies.

  2. Transfer of Booking
    You may transfer your booking to another person if needed, provided the transfer request is made at least 7 days before the tour departure date. Additional charges may apply for the transfer.

Non-Refundable Services

  1. Custom Tours
    Custom-designed tours or services that are specifically tailored to your preferences are non-refundable after confirmation due to the unique nature of these arrangements.

  2. Promotional Packages
    Any bookings made under promotional or discounted packages may have separate refund and cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific terms outlined in the promotion.
